We package our chocolates in beautiful hand-stamped recycled-paper boxes secured with a satin ribbon.

Pickup:

Our staff can prepare your order for you and have it ready for you to quickly pick up at our East Village location.

Shipping:

Boxes of 9 or 24 pieces can be selected for shipping.We pack and ship our chocolates on Tuesdays each week. All orders for shipment will be sent via FedEx 2-Day Delivery, so they will arrive to your destination by Thursday of that same week. Our products are preservative-free and highly temperature sensitive, so we can’t risk the treatment that Ground shipments occasionally receive.

Exact shipping prices will vary depending on destination and final order weight, but 1-4 boxes of chocolate will usually cost ~$11-18 to ship to one destination.  Our spreads are a bit heavier, and thus, are a bit more expensive to ship. We can give you a better shipping estimate when you call.

To protect your valuable chocolates, and ensure that they arrive at their destination in perfect condition, Warm Weather Shipping procedures will apply whenever it is above 75 degrees in New York City, or in your shipping destination. We will package each box in a Cool Shield Thermal Bubble Mailer, and include a leakproof, non-toxic Cold Pack. There is a $5 surcharge for each 24 piece box for this service. We can fit two 9-piece boxes in one mailer, so there will be a $5 surcharge for every two 9-piece boxes.

Courier:

We use a courier service for local deliveries. Pending availability, you can call us in the morning and have your chocolates delivered to your home or office in Manhattan later that afternoon! Daytime bicycle delivery rates for up to 10 lbs within Manhattan (below 106th) are below; please call for rates to other NYC addresses, evening deliveries, or larger orders.
